Stormy days

Hace algunos días llegó una tormenta a mi país, entrando por la zona en la que vivo: truenos, relámpagos, mucha lluvia y vientos fuertes, frío... Y como estoy en la costa, se me ocurrió algo: ¿y si me iba a la playa a hacer unas cuantas fotos del mar/océano con este tiempo? Y allá que me fui.
Some days ago, a storm hit the part of the country where I live: thunders, lightnings, heavy rain and wind, cold... And since I live in the coast something popped in my head: what if I go to the beach to take some pictures of the ocean with this weather? So, I did.


Mi hermano y mi cuñada me llevaron hasta allí y estuvieron conmigo, sobretodo mi hermano (la idea de estar en una zona rocosa yo sola con aquellas olas enormes y el viento como que no me atraía demasiado, no tenía ganas de caerme la verdad jaja). Tengo que admitir que en las fotos no se aprecia todo lo 'salvaje' que estaba el tema, pero esto es lo que salió de la sesión 'natural' que hice:
My brother and my sister in law took me there and were with me, specially my brother (I was a bit afraid of being at the rocky area all by myself with all the big waves coming closer and closer plus such a wild wind. The idea of falling wasn't very attractive to me haha). I have to admit that it was more wild than you can sense while looking at the pictures, but this is what came out of this 'natural' session:

Anocheció muy rápido y no pude hacer ni una sola foto cuando la situación se volvió alucinante de verdad, pero a mi hermano se le ocurrió ir hasta un cuartel militar abandonado que estaba cerca. Me picaba la curiosidad porque había escuchado hablar del sitio, pero cuando llegamos tengo que admitir que me pareció bastante siniestro: el cuartel está bajo tierra así que tienes que atravesar un agujero en la pared (literalmente) para entrar y después bajar unas escaleras para llegar al sitio en sí. No hay ningún tipo de iluminación así que tuvimos que usar las linternas de los móviles para saber dónde estábamos y a dónde nos dirigíamos. Ya que mi hermano no era la primera vez que iba, sabía perfectamente el camino que seguir, pero el lugar es muy, muy siniestro incluso aunque estés con más gente. Hice algunas fotos allí también (a pesar de que era un poco difícil por la falta de luz, como ya he dicho):
Darkness came way too quickly and I couldn't take more pics when the situation become really astonishing but my brother had the idea of going to an abandoned headquarters nearby. I was a bit curious but once we got there, I have to admit that it tuned out a bit scary: the headquarters are underground, so you have to go through a hole in one of the walls (literally) to get in and then you have to go downstairs to really get into the place. There is no light at all so we had to use our phones to see where we were standing and heading too. Since my brother has been there several times he knew the path to follow, but the place is very creepy even if you're with other people. I took a few shots there too (even if it was a bit difficult since there was no light at all as I said before): 

Y después nos volvimos a casa. Fue interesante y aunque el cuartel daba miedete, quiero volver a ir y esta vez con Jun para poder hacer más fotos (y mi hermano se vendrá con nosotras, porque no hay ni una sola opción de que yo vaya a entrar ahí sola lol).
And then we headed back home. It was interesting and even if the headquarters are scary, I want to go back with Jun so we can take more pictures in there (and my brother will come with us of course because there's no way I'm getting in there alone lmao).
